Still can't get over how much of a downgrade the new WhatsApp is over the old WhatsApp for Windows app. Genuinely depressing every time I use it. Meta should be ashamed.

This HAS to be rage bait. Not even remotely the same, and next week it’s a different price. MacOS runs circles around Windows on ARM. Apple will likely have a MacBook at this price for years. Not to mention the educational discount.

@auchenberg Yeah they could return to Cortana. That brand had gaming roots and Cortana had a great personality! I don’t know why they gave up on it right before AI Assistants started getting good.

Microsoft Edge now feels more like a Copilot app than a browser, and the standalone Copilot now looks like a browser. Yes, seriously. Microsoft is rolling out two major changes to Edge and Copilot. Edge now has Copilot as the default tab experience, so it looks like a full-blown AI experience. And now the standalone Copilot app is testing a browser-like UI for opening links within Copilot.

Microsoft was developing a lighter Windows 11, a Mobile Windows 11 and a touch/tablet focused Windows 11 We even got some hardware meant for this new era And then it was all shelved Surface SE, Surface Neo…a bright future shelved for AI

@WindowsLatest The big problem with Windows OEMS is that they don’t understand that people like easy to follow product names. MacBook Neo, Surface Laptop, Surface Pro, MacBook Air. Then you have ASUS, HP, and Dell with the “A6438” or some vague ass name. At least that’s how BestBuy shows it.

This is the ASUS A14 with an OLED display, 60Hz refresh rate, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD, and all-day battery life thanks to Snapdragon. Oh, and it also has five physical ports. How many do you have on the MacBook Neo? Sure, the MacBook Neo is a big deal for the price in the Apple ecosystem, but there are plenty of good Windows 11 laptops in the same range, including the Galaxy Book Edge with a 3K Dynamic AMOLED touchscreen (it weighs just 1.16 kg!). Costs $599. Good luck upgrading the 8GB RAM when the device starts to feel sluggish 🤭
