Frustrated with @BestBuy’s handling of a defective product return. I purchased a range hood delivered on Oct 19 but couldn’t install it immediately due to a kitchen repair. When I tried to return it 20 days later, they denied it for being “outside their 15-day return window.”

To others: Have you experienced inconsistent return policies or been asked to pay for a membership to resolve an issue? I’d love to hear your stories or advice.

I’m still trying to come to a resolution on this defective product. I want to believe Best Buy values its customers and stands by the quality of the items it sells. Please make this right.
