@ConjurShadow Yeah unless they call special sections, usually they only operate once every 2 years for a handful of months. I always thought it was an interesting quirk but they have been calling quite a bit of special sessions.

??? Wth do you mean the Texas state legislature might not meet this year and this is normal?!? To not do anything for an entire year? To not consider laws or changes? And Texas is like one of the biggest states..

Because the Texas legislature usually only meets in odd-numbered years, it's entirely possible the winner of the #SD09 special never casts a vote and this ends up being only a datapoint for ET.

I'm unsuspended from the tweetdeck mess but I personally do not care about being back. I'll be honest I certainly have no real intention to pay Mr Rocket Man to use this app when I hardly use it personally. Carrier pigeon and fax machines still seem to be the way to go anyways.
