Discomfort doesn't exclude people - indeed it does not. The law does. If Maugham and the paramilitary wing of the Good Law Project don't like the current law, they are at perfect liberty to campaign to change it. They can do the boring work. But they don't want to do that. They want what they want when they want it! Or they will scream and scream until they are sick. They now explicitly acknowledge that refusing debate has failed and their ridiculous legal challenges have failed. They are left with violence. That they think this will work just underscores their absolute lack of understanding about what they are up against.
