Sex. The social stigma is still too strong. Up to 74.2% of sexless marriages end in divorce. Still, no one wants to talk about it. It took us 15 years just to start talking about this productively. Here are 8 harsh truths about sex I wish I knew at the beginning.

Something that's suck in my head since reading The Courage to Be Disliked, "all problems are interpersonal problems." The longer you delay dealing with the relationships in your life, the more problems stack.

“I’m just protecting my peace.” 🚨 That’s how people often justify procrastinating when it comes to dealing with relationship problems. But every time you “protect your peace” in this way… You’re planting the charge of a bomb. 💣 A bomb that will go off later—with far more unpredictable and destructive consequences. Just because you’ve tried before and failed doesn’t mean it’s time to pretend the problem doesn’t exist. It likely just means the approach you took wasn’t the right one. And this is precisely the moment to seek help from professionals.

@Naararouter Great insight, Dmitry. Breaking free from negative patterns starts with a conscious choice to step away from the habits that keep us trapped. Small, consistent actions lead to lasting change.

Everything else is a SCAM. If you notice yourself stuck in ANY negative pattern in your life, remember this: there’s no simpler (and yet no harder) way to break the “loop” than to STOP ENGAGING in the behaviors that feed that pattern.

@Naararouter Hi Dmitry, I just wrote about that the other day. It’s hard to observe these patterns, once you do, grow is unlimited!

Bananas, grapes, mangoes… Just some of the fresh fruit I’m enjoying here. The sweetness is incredible compared to store-bought versions.

Modern men would rather be called f-boys than be called husband material. Calling a man “husband material” is like calling him predictable and dependable. Men don’t want those labels attached to them anymore. They want to be a “player,” and “exciting,” now. But you can be both! modern men and women are becoming increasingly one dimensional. Which takes them farther away from becoming desirable which involves being a well-rounded human being.

@drgurner Don't listen those who doesn't have what you want. Even if someone has what you want, it doesn’t mean they can effectively teach you how to achieve it. Be mindful when choosing your mentors and teachers.

People overestimate how hard change is, because they listen to people who don't have agency in their own life. They underestimate what is possible, because they are listening to inaccurate reporters.
