You’re struggling to work because you don’t sleep enough.
Sleep deprivation impacts your cognitive performance.
The less you sleep, the worse your cognition.
If you want better cognition:
- Aim for 7 - 9 hours of sleep a night
- Establish a consistent sleep schedule
- Treat your sleep like a non-negotiable
Your brain and focus will thank you.

@RTthinks Approach the problem as a team not two people going against each other
English

In a relationship, there is no real way to win an argument.
If you win the argument, you hurt the person you love.
And if you lose the argument, you lose.
This is because arguments in relationships are rarely about the problem.
They are about underlying issues that have been bottled up for too long.
The only way an argument leads to growth
is if you get to the root of the problem.
And don’t let your ego take control.
English

@evolvee33 Emotional control as a skill in business is so underrated
English

entrepreneurship used to wreck me.
every setback triggered something underneath.
every uncertainty spiraled into hopelessness.
every challenge cost me days.
now the same challenges come.
i feel the emotion. i let it move. i respond.
nothing changed about business.
everything changed about how I meet it.

English

@tasornp As long as you keep showing up, things have to work in your favour at some point

@myselfcoaching1 Guests wouldn't stay at your 'dinner party' if they found out you never took the time to prepare and welcome them.

@jimheskel The closer your relationships with your clients, the better their results and your business's delivery

@MikeTheElite And that's the work that sets the foundation for it all

@thriveminds1 Most of the real work happens before anyone notices
English

@thriveminds1 wow Shana I needed to bookmark it.
I love it. Thanks!
I deeply belive in a guidance from my higher self. It steers me in the right direction.
English

When I started listening to my intuition, I saw a brutal truth:
Toxic relationships + weed + a job I hated = energy leaks.
I wanted change, so I started paying attention.
One situation after another.
I ask one question:
“Does this nourish me or drain me?”
Intuition isn’t just for daily choices.
It’s a tool for sealing your energy.
Try a 7-day test:
Watch the people and activities in your life.
Write down your body’s signal: before vs. after.
If something drains you - you know what to cut.
English

@tomas_yano Always be aware of what you think. One way or another, it will show up in your reality
English

@thriveminds1 Great, I agree that the work starts much earlier
Both creations have an equally strong influence on you, which is why it’s so important to be careful about what you think.
English

@thriveminds1 It’s a belief shift

Do less.
I was working 60+ hour weeks.
Burned out. Stressed. Revenue stuck.
Then I cut my work to 3 hours/day.
Now I surf every morning. Business runs itself. Clients come to me.

@homeofficehero9 100%, when you have the right structures in place, you know all the passion you're pouring into it will lead to progress
English

@thriveminds1 Well said. The business doesn't burn you out. The lack of structure does. Most people think they need more passion to push through. They actually need fewer decisions running through their own head.
English

Don’t let your passion become a prison.
Many people build businesses around what they love because they want freedom.
But over time, they start resenting their business.
The work didn’t change. The structure did.
When there are no systems, you become the system.
You become the person every decision runs through.
Every task falls to.
Every bottleneck centres around.
That’s not a business.
That’s a self-imposed cage with great branding.
There is a version of you who is doing what they love and has freedom.
The difference?
They built systems that let the business run without running them into the ground.
Build the systems, or your passion will become a prison.
English

You can read all the books you want.
But if nothing changes, you have learned nothing.
Most people confuse information with transformation.
- They take notes.
- They feel productive.
- They consume content.
But their life stays the same.
Change is the end result of all true learning.
Real learning shows up in your actions.
In your habits.
In the way you think, decide, and move through life.
If you learn about discipline but still procrastinate, nothing changed.
If you learn about focus but still chase distractions, nothing changed.
Knowledge only matters when it becomes behavior.
Apply what you learn.
Test it and live it.
Because the goal is not to know more.
The goal is to become more.
English

@thriveminds1 Build it in your mind first, the rest is just execution.
English

@proinsightgirl Everything you hold in your mind long enough will be reflected externally. Good or bad
English

@thriveminds1 This is so true! Makes you think about the systems you create within and how they will show once creation reaches completion
English

@thriveminds1 Shana hustle has a ceiling and it's your own energy. Systems don't sleep.
The transition from one to the other is where most people get stuck because letting go of control feels like slowing down even when it isn't.
English

@siddharthwv Start small, find what works, repeat it for the next step.
Rinse and repeat
