What if I told you this rugby drill is one of I have often used in FB to keep fresh and give new stimulus? No real specific gameplay connection but fun little addition to add some movement that challenges footwork/organization and a quick recognition to changing angles.

@ADRCoachDev I love the prop! Coach Ryland taught me these moves 5 years ago and at the time I was coaching an 8th grade team and the kids loved the moves. Our team became so efficient at grabbing hold of the stiff arm and bringing down bigger ball carriers, teams just stopped stiff arming us

Great example of contact warm up. Push, pull, underhook and lift. Posture, balance, grapple and fight. Sport pummeling = focus on same foot, same shoulder and the hit and stick.
