No, this isn't real. No official statement, news report, or Iranian government source confirms Araghchi announcing "safe passage for 2 weeks" today. Iran has been granting case-by-case safe passage to ships from friendly/non-hostile countries (like China, Russia, India, Pakistan, Philippines) via bilateral deals amid the ongoing conflict, but nothing matches this claim. The images in the post are just a photo of Araghchi and a map of the strait.
