$BTC Bulls are losing control here. Instead of moving toward the open CME gap near $84K, Bitcoin is now forming a clear lower high / lower low structure. For me, $78.2K is the line in the sand. If buyers defend it, one more upside sweep is still possible. But if that level breaks, a move back toward the monthly open becomes the cleaner setup. You all talk about growth, pumps, etc., but no one is talking about... $BTC chart shows a descending structure similar to an impulse or a complex three, followed by a local rebound. If the current movement is marked as an impulse (1-2-3-4-5), then according to the rule of alternation and non-overlapping, Wave 4 should not extend beyond Wave 1. According to the chart, the low after the peak of 126k is somewhere in the region of $76k–$80k. If the current price ($79k) crosses this level, the classic five-wave downward impulse breaks. In this case, the structure is more correctly viewed as a complex correction (for example, an A-B-C zigzag or a W-X-Y combination). On the current rebound (wave 4-?), volumes are falling compared to those seen during the sell-off to $59.9k (wave 3). A decline in volume while the price is rising is a classic sign of volume divergence. This confirms that the current rally is a corrective flat, not the beginning of a new, powerful bullish trend. If my "4-?" marking is correct and wave E is complete, then Wave 5 down awaits. Its target could very well be a breakout of the $59.9k low and a move to the $50k–$55k region for complete market capitulation. A confirmation signal would be a downward reversal of the Stoch RSI and a breakout of the local trend line. Anyone with anything to add would be welcome.
