NI GPs yesterday backed a no confidence vote in both the Health Minister Mike Nesbitt and his department. It follows Mr Nesbitt imposing a funding package on GPs in May, even though they had rejected it. "He needs these people", @deirdreheenan tells @MarkCarruthers7

10 years ago I had never heard of private GP.
Now I don’t only hear about it every single day, but I hear it discussed by many as a very realistic strategy….

I really fear that if General Practice is allowed to crumble and collapse, the whole of the NHS will fail. Fixing the foundation before that happens is vital!

All I've ever wanted taken away so quickly because the minimum score is so high.
Worked so hard to get my score up, spent time in theatre outside of my shifts unpaid, but it was never enough.
And points will be deducted reapplying next year for having too much clinical experience
