Eric Swalwell is done. Done abusing women. Done climbing the political ladder. Done. He does not get any credit for doing less than the bare minimum. Exiting a race you should never have entered deserves no credit. It is an overdue acknowledgment of what the brave survivors who came forward already made clear: Eric Swalwell represented the worst of politics. California deserves better. Enough is enough. Suspending his campaign is not sufficient, @ericswalwell must resign his position in Congress and completely withdraw from the governor’s race immediately. I continue to support the courageous survivors who have come forward. We need to provide a safe space for any more women who are ready to be heard. And Swalwell must be held accountable for his actions.
