🚨🚨🚨 $SPX $SPY $NDX $QQQ $ROOT On Aug 10th I took @RootInsurance for expedited delivery of a vehicle purchased via $CVNA. Two weeks ago I added the car to my @StateFarm policy (been with them since the ’90s). ➡️ Went on the @RootInsurance app to cancel effective Sept 9th. ➡️ They emailed me renewal Sept 9th. ➡️ Today they email saying policy ends Feb 2026. ➡️ App shows expiration 2026. ➡️ Called them = absolute nightmare to cancel. They even threaten to report you to the state as uninsured. That’s how they trap you. 👉 To $ROOT shareholders & clients: this company is playing games, making it nearly impossible to cancel. A “policy prison.” With @StateFarm, SAME coverage is 30% cheaper — with a real, reputable company. Do yourself a favor. 🚫 Don’t touch @RootInsurance. Frauds.

@RootInsurance one of your insured drivers hit our vehicle Sat night. He was ticketed. Our car isn't drivable and is in the tow lot. We have left 6 messages since Monday morning with xxxx. She has never returned our call. We have no rental car and tow loot fees are multiplying.
