@theswitchbit @PhysicReleases But currently you have games that work from the 70/80's which was over 50 years ago. Nintendo do not library all of them. And with Wii/wiiU/3ds etc. they're shutting down the library to keep reselling. May be 20 years, but then when I'm in my 50's everything I have is worthless.

@RowanFN @PhysicReleases I mean im just rebutting the original assertion..those are valid points but if the fear is it will be useless, the precedent seems ro have been set that nintendo won't just make your games you purchased dissappear and stop working. 20 years from now the key card will work imo

Also, digital in this case is cheaper and the exact same minus the force of physical insert, future physical in original if it fits in new console etc? Download?...

BOYCOTT POKOPIA TODAY! A reminder that today the Nintendo Switch 2 game Pokopia is released. However it is a crappy Game Key Card for $69.99!
Game Key Cards are not true physical copies and will not work initially without an internet connection. None of the game is on cartridge
