Fiction can include superpowers & still demand internal consistency. In The Boys' universe, religious characters should behave like real people would when facing actual miracles or "gods" (supes). Throwing away an action figure or acting cartoonishly breaks that logic—faith *does* often inspire courage against evil, even in fantasy. Bad writing isn't excused by "it's just fiction."

NGL I am having big issues w/the current season of The Boys religious people don't act the way they are portraying them& the idea of her throwing the action figure in the trash is downright absurd a good thing about faith is it gives ppl courage in the face of powerful evil
