To compare himself to Cal is comical. UK just took the worst NCAA tournament beating since the year Pope was born with a $22M roster. Cal didn’t have that. Cal also didn’t play Wednesday SEC Tournament games. Bragging about beating bottom of the barrel teams proves his insecurity

Too much spent on a team that wasn't a Sweet 16 threat is an issue in that town, of course.
But: made S16 as a 3 last year. Also got Friday's all-timer juxtaposed against today's loss vs. a much better team. Wasn't expected to win. I think I'd go B overall for Pope two years in.
