We just released a hotfix for @StarfieldGame on PS5 which includes a fix for a crash that could occur while viewing load order as well as several other crash and stability fixes. Today we're pushing live a quick hotfix for @StarfieldGame players on PlayStation 5 Pro that resolves crashing when using Enhanced settings. The team is preparing an additional hotfix for other PlayStation 5 crashes and freezes, targeting next week. With today's Winter Offensive update, we've made some tuning changes to Battle Royale missions when playing Duos only to make them more achievable and more rewarding to engage with during matches. We've seen that mission success rates in Duos are noticeably lower than in Quads and that fewer Duo squads are opting into missions overall. Our read is that they're a bit too demanding for two-player teams, so we're adjusting the missions to fit the pressure of playing as a duo. What's changed in missions when playing BR Duos: - Evasion: Tracker count reduced from 3 to 2 Data Extraction: Data drive requirement reduced from 2 to 1 - Decryption: Beacon objective reduced from 2 to 1 Signal Hack: Capture time reduced from 45 secs to 30 secs We'll keep monitoring success rates and participation in missions and will adjust further if needed. Jump in, try the updated missions, and let us know how they feel.
