@Simsimiyyah @amuseingtime @oharalq My shaykh isn’t an authority, but I have, not once, seen him stray from the Madhab, unlike Allamah Kashmiri who is well known for sometimes holding views contrary to the madhab.

When hail repented he confessed he was a Hanafi Mu’tazili and maintained elements of Shi’ism in imamah.
Also, side note, not claiming to know ghayb but anyone who see engagement rates of these shia will know why they say all that. Just to attract Shi'i audience.

@amuseingtime @Simsimiyyah @oharalq I’ll look into the book inshaAllah, but Allamah Kashmiri رحمه الله isn’t an authoritative scholar in the Hanafi madhab so this can’t be considered the madhab’s view, he has tafarrudat in Fiqh and even in Aqidah, he affirms Shaykh Ibn Taymiyyah’s view on Sifat fi’liyyah for ex.

This claim is quite recurent on the topic of takfir despite being so false it's dangerous.
It is not that the qadi is the only one allowed to make takfir, but rather only a qadi's takfir may have its consequences enforced.

@oharalq @redbridegroom I don’t Takfir and am cautious only due to following the examples of my teachers. You want to keep someone in the fold of Islam. Not excommunicate them. Takfir is also a grave matter. It comes back to you if wrong so I’m just cautious. Especially for individuals.
