@amuseingtime @Simsimiyyah @oharalq I’ll look into the book inshaAllah, but Allamah Kashmiri رحمه الله isn’t an authoritative scholar in the Hanafi madhab so this can’t be considered the madhab’s view, he has tafarrudat in Fiqh and even in Aqidah, he affirms Shaykh Ibn Taymiyyah’s view on Sifat fi’liyyah for ex.

@Simsimiyyah @oharalq By witnessing clear kufr from someone, you'd say "so and so has done such act, so don't pray behind him or eat his slaughter", but not actually using the word kafir or murtad.

@Simsimiyyah @oharalq Obviously I'm not saying to consider kufr to not be kufr, you'd still not pray behind a person who has kufr or eat his slaughter and so on, but calling an individual kafir is a whole different thing and requires the hukm of a Qadi.

Prophets are greater than non Prophets, so to suggest otherwise, if u were to believe Sayyidaħ Maryam عليها السلام was a Prophetess, is Kufr. I’d retract this.
