#BAFTAFilmAwards host Alan Cumming thanked the audience for their “understanding” after a series of audible outbursts from Tourette’s campaigner John Davidson interrupted the ceremony. • One incident saw Davidson shout the n-word while Michael B. Jordan and Delroy Lindo were on stage. • Davidson, the inspiration for BAFTA-nominated “I Swear,” was diagnosed with Tourette’s at 25. The sad irony is that from a marketing perspective if Cillian Murphy’s involvement was teased or revealed earlier it might’ve enticed audiences more but creatively withholding him until the end of BONE TEMPLE was absolutely the right call.

Weapons didn’t receive an #Oscar nomination for Best Picture and I kinda wish it would’ve. Perhaps this was more deserving over F1, but so were other films like No Other Choice or It Was Just An Accident. This was undoubtedly one of the high points of 2025 for me. Instant classic

People will blame anything other than 28 Years Later being a bad film. If it was good, it would have made more money and so would The Bone Temple. It’s a nonsense movie. The writing is terrible.

The 28 Years Later Trilogy not getting its conclusion because of terrible marketing and Sony releasing The Bone Temple way too close to the first film is pure incompetence from top to bottom. The final film actually has a hook with Cillian Murphy returning and it being the final installment of the franchise would have brought in good money. Sony continues to prove that their ineptitude knows no bounds.
