We celebrated three @EcmaIntl Recognition awards 🎉
These were approved by acclamation at the 126th Ecma General Assembly and were presented this week by the Ecma Secretary General Samina Husain.

Once upon a time I could use `Array.prototype.filter` without issue, and then someone on TC39 pointed out that it's badly named because it could mean "filter in" or "filter out", and now I can't ever remember which one it is 😥
