FFSF is leading the effort to support litigation by the states to enforce their Article V power to propose a fiscal responsibility amendment to the Constitution
@KenCuccinelli I remember the "Compact for America" was created to alleviate concerns of a runaway Article 5 convention, by using interstate compacts (binding law) to ensure only a balanced budget amendment would be voted on. It needs to be resurrected.
And on a totally different subject, namely America vs Communist China in Debt, Demography and Defense. If we set our fiscal house in order with a constitutional amendment restraining US government spending, we could ensure that this is ANOTHER American century-not Chinese @amrenewctr
