First run of March. Marathon Month. 18 miles today. Struggled with last 2 miles, mainly mental with “so close…. Yet so far!”

That 16 mile run was a shocker! Killed by a hill at mile 12 and struggled to get back into it, had to do 4:1 method just to finish. Truth be told I wanted to quit at mile 1. Marathon training getting real.

Runners don’t hate running; we just hate the first 10 minutes.

I also worked out my running shoes did more mileage than my car in January!
