@floridasoldat @RonActual @SpaghettiKozak It is a lot less "sloppy" than past generations of AI-bots. I hesitate to even call it "bot-like" because it seems capable of multiple dimensions of judging human language/patterns and behaviors. @Straxus would love to hear your opinion on this.

The people your goofy fuckin ass is referring to as “war tourists”, like @RonActual and @SpaghettiKozak are contracted service members who’ve risked their lives daily, fought, bled, and watched their close friends die in order to defend Ukraine. What exactly is it that you do? How is your mission to single handedly “lead the charge, develop the tech, and burn every Russian drone out of the sky” or whatever going, Phony Stark? Is it going well? Are you even enlisted? Have you ever been? What do you do besides tweet, and “dive for cover” with your bologna sandwich every time there are drones over Kyiv? I thought you were burning them all out of the sky yourself? Plans not going so well? It’s Americans like you who embarass the rest of us. You are not above service members who have dedicated their lives to the defense of Ukraine. You are not better than the countless Ukrainians who have done the same and continue to do so. We are here to help the Armed Forces of Ukraine in any way we can, not patronize them. If you want people to stop clowning you, stop acting like a self-obsessed narcissist and doing even more damage to people’s perception of foreigners (particularly Americans; if you haven’t noticed we don’t exactly have stellar PR right now as is) who’ve traveled to Ukraine than has already been done. Who’s the real “war tourist” here? Stick to diving for cover with your bologna sandwiches and know your place.

Thank you very much to all the helpers out there. Keep going, hold onto that optimism which drives you, and remember it's ok to take a breath and rest for a bit when you need to. You are making a difference, and I am very grateful to each and every one of you for what you do 💙💛

This time last year, I was in Kyiv for Remembrance Day. This year I am in 🇨🇦 again, and will be at the cenotaph when the bell marks the 11th hour. And I will think of those lost, including a fellow Canadian in 🇺🇦 who I gave a poppy to last year but who can no longer wear his🍁🕯️

I'm marking Remembrance Day in Kyiv 🇺🇦 this year. Today, 2023-11-11 at 1100 local time, I went to the memorial wall at Saint Sophia's Cathedral, where the pictures of many of the fallen defenders of 🇺🇦 are commemorated, and recited the poem In Flanders Fields:

Today we stand at a fork in history's road, one which will set the course of international events for many years to come. Will America retain the ideals they claim to cherish, or embrace a demagogue and plunge into the abyss as Germany did last century? We will know soon.

@amerikanska5050 @Sayravem If it's functioning well enough that you can run programs normally and the battery can still hold a charge, chances are it's ok and isn't liable to short-circuit on its own - if the battery is going to short in some way, it'll do it whether or not the tablet is in use at the time
