You're able to send posts over Twitter DMs (as well as email and on your own subfund pages) to all subscribers. This ensures they'll never miss a post. It also keeps posts on Twitter for reach.

@rbswingtrader @LucaZani_ Yep discord is way more efficient in regards of getting the messages across since there you have a lot more space to articulate your thoughts. On the other hand discord in terms of reach is very limiting

@MauroBianchi24 @rbswingtrader This is also the nature of being public with free advice. There are no consequences for people that hate. Better to be private and curate who can access, using subscription payment as a barrier to entry.

@rbswingtrader We share ideas publicly and that means often we get free hate for nothing. It’s the game we signed for so it’s to be expected but long term it can affect everyone. Taking breaks is definitely healthy

When I started this almost 2 years ago, I didn’t realize the stress that sharing predictions daily with thousands could lead to. Lately, I felt burned out. I slowed down a little, and I’m starting to feel much better. I want to kill it in 2023 with all of you 👊🏻

@bgmasters This is why we exist. There was no way to create content, effectively distribute over Twitter (DMs), while monetizing subscribers.

Twitter has a real advantage because it’s attached to a viral social network driven by people. The other medium of news, writing, is another obviously complementary product. How is Substack not already part of Twitter, not only as a product feature, but a business model?

Don’t think I’d want the Twitter job (it’s probably a world of pain, 10x more brutal than running for federal office lol) and can think of several others (@elonmusk himself, @DavidSacks) who would be better at it anyways. But if I were CEO here’s how I’d think about it.
