“Democrats, turn down the temperature of your rhetoric!” Trump: “[don’t you miss] the old days, where, bang (makes shooting motion), you’re dead!” Get fucked gaslighters. The state monopoly on violence isn’t vested in one person. And for everyone else, words are violence 🐂💩

Give it up. We’re going to have to disagree and move on. Nothing, NOTHING compares to the violet rhetoric coming from Trump, for a decade now. Remember, “PROUD BOYS, STAND BACK AND STANDBY?” Just the beginning. Jimmy Kimmel is a private citizen, working for a private company, sure, in a public role. Nobody is radicalized because of Jimmy Kimmel. He has never been named in manifestos, has never instructed anyone to do harm. Has a history of being anti-gun. His jokes are obviously about Trump’s declining physical condition, which Trump gaslighted the world about. KIMMEL IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TEMPERATURE OF THE RHETORIC TRUMP PRODUCES. STOP BLAMING KIMMEL & START BLAMING TRUMP.

Israeli leadership just scoring own goal after own goal. Such an easy win to reject the grain but they've instead decided to side with Russia, the country literally supporting their enemy.
Volodymyr Zelenskyy / Володимир Зеленський@ZelenskyyUa

In any normal country, purchasing stolen goods is an act that entails legal liability. This applies, in particular, to grain stolen by Russia. Another vessel carrying such grain has arrived at a port in Israel and is preparing to unload. This is not – and cannot be – legitimate business. The Israeli authorities cannot be unaware of which ships are arriving at the country’s ports and what cargo they are carrying. Russia is systematically seizing grain on temporarily occupied Ukrainian land and organizing its export through individuals linked to the occupiers. Such schemes violate the laws of the State of Israel itself. Ukraine has taken all necessary steps through diplomatic channels to prevent such incidents. However, we see that yet another such vessel has not been stopped. I have instructed the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine to inform all partners of our state about the situation. Based on information from our intelligence services, Ukraine is preparing a relevant sanctions package that will cover both those directly transporting this grain and the individuals and legal entities attempting to profit from this criminal scheme. We will also coordinate with European partners to ensure that the relevant individuals are included in European sanctions regimes. Ukraine counts on partnership and mutual respect with every state. We are genuinely working to enhance security, particularly in the Middle East region. We expect that the Israeli authorities will respect Ukraine and refrain from actions that undermine our bilateral relations.

Thank you @BernieSanders @ewarren and the other Senators pushing Democrats to keep dark money out of our primaries. I’m on board. That’s why I issued the "People's Pledge" challenge to keep outside spending out of our race. Sadly, Dan Goldman rejected it — so we expect to see the AIPAC & crypto spending ramping up soon (in addition to his own fortune). Not sure if they let House members into this "Fight Club." But I pledge to fight alongside them. nytimes.com/2026/04/27/us/…

@SarahLongwell25 @JohnJHarwood Really, they misremember who was in charge 2017-2020. It’s almost as if Trump 1.0 was a blip on the continuous “Obama-Biden deep state” caliphate. Or some dumb shit.

Jimmy Kimmel responded directly to Melania Trump during his opening monologue on Monday night after the First Lady called for his firing: "I agree that hateful and violent rhetoric is something we should reject. I do. And I think a great place to start to dial that back would be to have a conversation with your husband about it." "You know how sometimes you wake up in the morning and the First Lady puts out a statement demanding you be fired from your job? We've all been there, right? What a day. "As you know, they had to cancel the White House Correspondents' Dinner in Washington on Saturday night after a man with multiple guns and knives crashed the party and may have shot a Secret Service officer. Fortunately, the guy was wearing a bulletproof vest and is okay. He was charged today. No one was hurt, thank goodness. A lot of people were shaken up on a night that is supposed to be light-hearted. "The White House Correspondents' Dinner, if you don't know, it used to be an annual event before Trump showed up, but every year they'd have a comedian roast the room. The President, the Vice President, members of the press—everybody got roasted. I did it once; I hosted it. It was a lot of fun. "But this year they said, 'No comedian. We're bringing in a mentalist instead.' So on Thursday, three days before the event, in order to keep that cherished tradition alive, I did my own version of the correspondents' dinner on my show. I put on a tuxedo. We pretended we had an audience of luminaries. We used old footage of the Trumps, of Pete Hegseth, J.D. Vance, Kid Rock, Vanilla Ice, all the members of his cabinet, and we made it seem like they were all together in a room. We had a little roast. "Again, this was Thursday, and there was no big reaction to it until this morning when I greeted the day facing yet another Twitter vomit storm, and a call to fire me from our First Lady, Melania Trump, saying I should be fired because of a joke I made, again, five nights ago. "It was a pretend roast. I said, 'Our First Lady, Melania, is here. Look at her. So beautiful. Mrs. Trump, you have a glow like an expectant widow.' Which obviously was a joke about their age difference and the look of joy we see on her face every time they're together. It was a very light roast joke about the fact that he's almost 80 and she's younger than I am. It was not, by any stretch of the definition, a call to assassination, and they know that. I've been very vocal for many years speaking out against gun violence in particular. "But I understand that the First Lady had a stressful experience over the weekend, and probably every weekend is pretty stressful in that house. And also, I agree that hateful and violent rhetoric is something we should reject. I do. And I think a great place to start to dial that back would be to have a conversation with your husband about it... because, by the way, I also should point out: Donald Trump is allowed to say whatever he wants to say, as are you, and as am I, as are all of us. Because under the First Amendment, we have as Americans a right to free speech."

@WeWillBeFree24 With such an important building, it’s a wonder there wasn’t bipartisan support for it in the past. Why might that be? Was it that Trump tore down half of the White House without asking anyone? And now that’s a problem for… other reasons? Malarkey.

The Constitutionalist 🇺🇸
Not the ballroom, but the urgency for which it should be built should terrify you. The ballroom, underneath, will house the most advanced secure military bunker/complex system in history to include; medical facilities, a hospital, and biodefense system. It features missile-resistant and blast proof structures, top- secret military applications to protect from drone swarms, hypersonic threats, and other modern attacks. These details were exposed in the lawsuit. It dwarfs the White House. The ballroom, the opulent "shed" that sits on top was halted by court order, not the bunker system. So why the sudden urgency? Rand Paul even flipped the switch.

@emilykschrader White leftist women have a particular capacity for being the worst patronizers of indigenous populations of MENA and other countries. The images of white Europeans and British women screaming at members of the brown Iranian diaspora are what comes to my mind. Fucking unhinged.

Emily Schrader - אמילי שריידר امیلی شریدر
White girl in California shares an already debunked video spreading fake news that an Israeli ran over Palestinians with his car. Then, she tells a Palestinian that he’s wrong about Palestinians running over other Palestinians in the West Bank when he asked her stop sharing fake news. Her evidence? “Israeli behavior and their daily savagery.” I don’t know who is more incompetent at this point….the congresswoman who reads “World War Eleven”, or the wanna be Nazi, Ana Kasparian.

@PeterHamby @PuckNews There’s no evidence that voters blame the left for political violence. Zero, whatsoever. This is a narrative arc you are promoting while simultaneously, Democrats are sweeping most every election. Reality does not comport with the fiction you are pushing.

Gas that comes out of the ground is a bit different than grain grown by Ukrainian farmers on Ukrainian farms. This is not about theft from the Ukrainian state, but theft from innocent Ukrainians, who been attacked, killed, and occupied by Russia for years now. It’s unnecessary to do when there are other suppliers. Basically, don’t be a dick. Are you a Russian immigrant to Israel or descended from Russian immigrants to Israel? Does that play role in your thinking?

Sir, I can promise you I have been 100% internally consistent on the issue of treating Ukraine fairly while they are fighting a war against Russia. I will “lecture” anybody who does wrong by them during a time when they need friends, not people taking advantage. This is not hard, there are other suppliers of grain. There’s no need to purchase stolen, sanctioned goods. Property stolen from Ukrainian farmers and Ukrainian families. That’s what everybody needs to focus on. Not the geopolitical optics, but the morality.
