@WelDemi161 For me, if it takes longer to deal with the airport than the drive… just drive. So around 4-6 hours by car I’ll drive. Otherwise fly. Unless we turn it into a road trip.

Ugh! 😩 😩 😩 The Ocala, Florida area continued to lead the nation in percentage population growth, according to new data released by the U.S. Census Bureau. We’re already bursting at the seams, and the infrastructure is not keeping pace with growth. (I’m an Ocala resident)

@AndrewLoys @niccruzpatane I have a 7 seat Y. No lost space. The only thing you have that I don’t is a little tray space behind the sub trunk that isn’t used for anything special

@niccruzpatane 🤷‍♂️I wouldn’t buy it and I have 3 kids. I prefer the extra cargo space in our MY over the folding seats.

With the Tesla Model X sunsetting, I can’t think of a better car to fill the gap. The three-row Model Y L would sell like crazy in North America.

@afamilyforjesus @LiebermanAustin We use the 7 passenger Y and the odyssey. The Y is just barely doable with 4 kids. Never would do the 3 just because it’s not enough seats :/

@LiebermanAustin I’ve literally run this exact same scenario. It’s doable. We’d also need a roof rack or a tow hitch storage box for our road trips. We have a 2022 Odyssey and a 2025 Model 3. So we’re already very aware of using a EV as a daily.

Thinking of swapping our Honda Odyssey for a Tesla Model X We have 5 kids (3 car seats and a 10yr old + 8 year old) Is it possible?

@LiebermanAustin Wait for something bigger…. I’m making 4 kids plus 2 adults work in a 7 passenger Y and would NEVER get rid of my odyssey unless they came out with an 8 passenger vehicle. Minivans are just way too useful to swap down to something like a X.

@Capital4Value @MarketPalmer_ Yes, of course they manage the odd repair that comes up which is all pass through to the owner. But there really isn’t any work for a PM to do after the tenant is in place. Paying 10-15% a month of a $3-4k rent is bananas. For what? Depositing the check for you?

@TimRodocker @MarketPalmer_ How do you keep the PM incentivized to care about your property. $65/mo basically means they will work 2 hours (max) on your property a month. Or else, they make zero.

I asked my followers, "If you've owned rental properties, is the stress worth the return?" 95% of people said no.

@Capital4Value @MarketPalmer_ What work should they be doing? Mine gets paid 85% of month 1 for commission. If she loses the tenant, she puts a new one in for free. The only job a PM has is collecting rent and depositing it after the tenant is in.

@greggertruck Yah, I feel like doing $10 a month or bundle with the data package for a little more would get mass adoption. Then just pull a Netflix and keep going up in price as people find they can’t be without it. Get the mass adoption first, tons of revenue piling in as a baseline…

It’s not that $99 is too much, it’s that it’s just a lot for something not everyone has fully adopted for everyday use yet. Evolve indeed.

NEWS: A diamond shop in Boca Raton, Florida, DBRL, has installed custom branded @Tesla Superchargers as part of Tesla's new Supercharger for Business program. These chargers are managed and maintained by Tesla, and they still show up in Tesla’s in car nav when routing. All EVs that have access to Tesla's NACS network can charge here 24/7. They aim to attract more customer traffic to businesses/shops.

@learning_yohei Mine hold my hair back when inside and then outside… I’m in the south and the sun is hot and brutal! My eyes are also sensitive to light following a surgery a long time ago so I always have them on outdoors

@haruki839 In Kentucky we called all sodas cokes. "What kind of coke you want? Dr pepper? Cherry? Sprite? Pepsi?" It's not even out of ignorance, just habitual southern trolling. Now that I live in Cali everyone says "soda." I've only ever heard black people say "pop" personally.

@haruki839 I’m in the south. It’s soda. Not pop, that’s what people call it in parts of the country that it snows in winter. Now to really threw you for a loop… I’m in a small sliver of people that call ALL soda “coke. “hey want a Coke?” “Sure!” “What kind?” “Cherry pepsi!”
