What it feels like to be a space nerd right now… You probably heard that NASA’s Artemis two was scrubbed due to a hydrogen leak on the core stage of the SLS. It’s also the same problem that happened back in 2022 where Artemis one was scrubbed three times in the first week and a half, and then didn’t launch until two months later. It sucks when they’re a scrub and this NASA rocket has a high scrub to launch ratio. It is what it is and the space shuttle had similar issues. it’s just really good to see NASA leadership taking their time and not rushing and risking anyone’s lives. We’ll figure it out. They’ll fix the problem and they’ll try again in March. But that doesn’t make the scrub hurt any less and a big shout out to everyone who went down to Florida and is now heading home.
