On @ny1 a clip of @LincolnRestler saying he just didn't see all the fare evasion + thought it was overstated, to which NYPD official responded "it's a free-for-all out there". Impossible to correct condition if elected officials are in willing denial. (Someone should grab clip)

Look at the raw data here. Not a single commuter train is half-full. More than half of VRE’s trains were less than 25% full. Three RUSH-HOUR routes had less than 10 total passengers! Clear statistical proof that mass transit supplements driving - it shouldn’t supplant it!

@VickieforNYC My elderly parents can’t get rid of their tenant. They need the apartment because my father can’t do the steps anymore, can’t afford chair lift. Tenant has not paid rent since June. She’s a drunk that has been taken away numerous times to sober up. We can’t get rid of her

This is what @LincolnRestler's extremely flawed parking vigilante scheme has wrought. Cases against drivers are already predetermined in favor of the plaintiff who made the report. Plus the plaintiff gets to be half anonymous during the trial. This is a very bad idea.
