@NYCSanitation how can this continue? I live 5 minutes from where these were taken, I get threatened with fines if I don’t shovel the snow from the front of my house fast enough. How about some cameras? Hendrickson St. off Ave V in Brooklyn. Near the old Sam Ash.

@89TTA Hi! The dimensions of the bin are 39.2" H x 22.6' W x 27.4" D. You don't necessarily need a liner, but if you prefer one those are the measurements.

@NYCSanitation I received my 45 gallon bin. What size bags fit these? I have 50 gallon bags and they do not fit as liners in the bin.

Spring cleaning ? We are (still) happy to pick up your Christmas tree!  Set it out curbside with the rest of your material on your weekly compost & recycling day!  No need to take it to a litter basket.

Pallets are great when receiving a shipment. They are not great when you leave a pile of them on our sidewalks and make a mess of our city. We removed them. But you know, it'd be ok if they were never dumped there in the first place!

This is a citywide problem and the level filth is truly disheartening. What happened to the mini street sweeper? At some point, I fear, it's going to come down to the community groups grabbing shovels and brooms to do what the city won't.

He continued to scream at my dad: “get out of this country.” While we don’t know this @NYCSanitation worker’s name, I’d like to file a complaint. @NYCMayor

On Thursday, March 5th around 9am on 71st btw York and 1st Avenue, a @NYCSanitation worker was blocking the street and came out of his truck and yelled at my father a @NYTWA taxi driver the following: “GET OUT OF THIS COUNTRY. You don’t deserve to be here.” 1/2

Move your car, For the broom. If you don’t, There will be gloom. And doom. Remember, ASP is in effect today. Move your car to allow us to access the curb for cleaning. (And don’t forget property owners still have a responsibility to clean their sidewalks and gutter area 18 inches into the street!)
