At some point, enough is enough. Fair to say Albertans have been talking about independence, or at least real autonomy, since the province was born. This did not start with the NEP. It did not start with Trudeau. It did not start with equalization. It goes right back to 1905. When Alberta was created, Ottawa kept control of our public lands and natural resources until 1930. That alone tells you the relationship was broken from the start. We were not treated like a full partner in Confederation. We were treated like territory to be managed. By 1911, Alberta Liberal Alwyn Bramley-Moore was already warning that if Ottawa kept treating Alberta unfairly, it could push the province toward secession. Then came the freight-rate fights, the tariff fights, the banking fights in the 1930s, and eventually the oil boom. Every generation got its own version of the same lesson: Ottawa takes Alberta’s wealth, lectures Alberta about fairness, then acts shocked when Albertans resent it. The NEP in the 1980s was not some random one-off ...It was part of a much longer pattern. Western alienation is not new. Alberta separatism is not new. The grievance has been there since day one because Alberta entered Confederation on unequal terms. The independence conversation rises and falls depending on the political moment, but the underlying issue has never gone away. Alberta has spent 120 years being treated like a resource colony inside its own country. WE'RE DONE.

Alberta's march toward independence is not a "flirtation" which makes the hard work of Albertans for sovereignty and freedom sound unserious and flippant. For decades Ottawa has plundered and abused Alberta. Independence is not a "problem" for Albertans: it is the solution!

One year ago, 11 people were killed and dozens were injured in a horrific vehicle attack at the Lapu-Lapu Day festival in Vancouver. This tragedy left a profound void in the hearts of families, loved ones, and Filipino communities across Canada and the world. Canadians stood with the people of Vancouver as they grieved. Today, we stand with them once more as they honour the victims, their memories, and the strength of the survivors.

Some are confused why he didn’t do anything but that’s because they don’t understand what a 70 IQ does behind the wheel and that it can’t make decisions or calculations. It just goes straight.

💔 An 80-year-old grandmother, terrified in her own home, stood in a Winnipeg courtroom begging for a peace bond to protect herself from her neighbour. The Justice of the Peace said: “Try mediation first.” Less than 48 hours later, Gladys Bellamy was murdered. The man she feared: 74 year old Jose Francisco Raulino has now been charged with 2nd degree murder. Three women on the same floor sought protection that day. The justice system told them to “talk it out.” This is Canada’s Liberal run broken justice system in action: Backlogs. Excuses. Vulnerable seniors left victimized or dead. How many more grandmothers must be slaughtered before heads roll and real change happens? RIP Gladys Bellamy. This is unforgivable. ⚖️ 🇨🇦 #JusticeForGladys #BrokenJusticeCanada

“Squeal on your neighbour” posters in Ontario. I wouldn’t trust anyone who thinks this is a good idea. This is social conditioning in a far right OR far left society where government power has gotten out of control. If you’re ok with this….you need a history book.
