COVID is a vascular disease and has been known since at least Bergamo in 2020. Long COVID is a cardiovascular condition, primarily affecting the capillaries and microvessels. It can involve all organs. Don’t let anyone tell you it’s “nothing new.”

Good evening, do you know why holding my breath for 1 minute 30 seconds caused me such a terrible neurological episode? I wanted to test my lung capacity and do some breath-holding (I know, it's stupid) and for the past 72 hours I've had what feels like a concussion, with terrible tinnitus, pain in the top of my head, the back of my head, and my forehead. I had the same thing happen when I did the Valsalva maneuver to clear my ears for the past two years (I was underweight without realizing it). I had the same sensation when I was running three years ago; those were my first symptoms, preceding panic attacks during exercise. Does this happen to you too? It's like I have cerebral vasoconstriction... I had a lot of MRIs before being bedridden, and nothing showed up.

@32Sfc46582 @Davemconte Est ce tu as déjà essayé l’Oxomemazine ? C’est du sirop pour la toux. A micro dose enfant max 5ml avant de dormir. Ça me détend pas mal et améliore mon sommeil.

Nous avons une maladie du système nerveux central/hypotalamus. Tu as raison. Je prends 1,5 bromazepam par jour et ça me soulage instantanément J'attends pour augmenter. Ca équivaut à 0,25 Ativan. Je pense demander Klonopin petite dose pour couvrir 24h. Ma mere et ma grand-mère prennent des benzos depuis 30 ans et sont en parfaite santé sans démence à 72 ans et 97 ans...

Why does Ativan/Lorazepam work so well in #MECFS? Immediately, you’ll hear folks shout, “IT’S A MAST CELL STABILIZER.” Yes, we know. But for those of us without MCAS, it’s still extremely effective. Central nervous system depressant, yes. Why can’t researchers manipulate that drug and combine it with another? If I took 10mg of Ativan a day, I could probably lead a normal life. Or make the drug safer. I dunno. Just thinking out loud since some of us don’t have 15-20 years to wait for an approved treatment.

Euh mec, je t'adore, tu me fais marrer, mais le covid long ce n'est pas une blague. Y a pour le coup 10000 études de tous les pays. C'est de la merde le covid. Je rigolais avant aussi, puis ça fait un an au lit, dans le noir presque complet. 4 ans de maladie. Je n'y ai pas cru j'ai forcé et maintenant je suis foutu. Ne véhicule pas ça, c'est bête.

L'autisme est le nouveau covid long.

@CovidSolidarit1 i’m in a drug study for Baricitinib (REVERSE LC- clinical research trial) and it helps with this! it’s been life changing to not have my immune system at its own throat constantly. the study is still open for enrollment i believe!
