We worked with the Ukrainian negotiating team today on the text of the document prepared with the United States in Geneva. The principles in this document can be developed into deeper agreements. It is in our shared interest that security is real. I count on continued active cooperation with the American side and President Trump. @readstarwars @PedroDisc While I don't disagree, any significant delay would've meant that the production or release had overlapped with the pandemic, probably creating a snowball effect of even further delays.

@PedroDisc I don't know if it would have solved these specific kinds of problems but this movie desperately needed to be delayed. After Carrie Fisher died and they fired the original director, it was insane for them to stick with the original release date.

Them telling us after the fact “oh yeah that was actually Mustafar and the place he got the wayfinder from was actually the ruins of Darth Vader’s castle from Rogue One” still annoys me. Would it have killed them to make any of that clear in the actual movie? Cool scene still.
