@GWRHelp Why is the 17:36 to Plymouth always late? And why is the platform always announced with only a few minutes to get there before it departs? I travel pregnant every day with my toddler, and I’m struggling to make it onto the train on time. Terrible service!

@GWRHelp It costs over £500 for a monthly ticket, and I am yet to experience a full week without delays and cancellations. If I was as bad at my job as you are I’d have been fired!

@GWRHelp How much notice do you need?! This is unacceptable! The entire education sector switched to online learning in a day during lockdown 1, but you can’t run a normal train schedule?!

@Victoria_Woolf Hi there. Although industrial action has been cancelled, severely reduced strike timetables remain in place for Monday as there has not been sufficient notice for those plans to change. Check your journey at gwr.com/check - Brad
