아침에 주의 인자하심을 듣게 하소서. 내가 주를 의지하나이다. 내가 걸어가야 할 길을 알게 하소서. 내가 주께 내 영혼을 드립니다.☦️ And He said unto them, “Follow Me, and I will make you fishers of men.”

@JMLKEDISCIPLES @5Solas2 So you are refuting historical Protestantism with your comment, congrats its hard to own yourself before others get a chance. The Protestant church comes from the Catholic church, so that means your churches are direct offspring of these false christ Jesus warned about
English

@5Solas2 I have two questions for the Catholics. You don't find it strange that Jesus warned about many false christs coming into the world and then Catholicism shows up? You don't find it strange that the first apostles, prophets, pastors, evangelists, and teachers were never Catholic?
English

@largo35839158 @Nicholai_Korea If gonna say that then you need to be able to point to a gene(or group of genes) that regulates such a hypothetical sexual desires/lifestyle. Because you can not claim such a thing with any certainty without that evidence. That is just argument from ignorance, among other issues
English

@WanderingBasil @Nicholai_Korea No. I said there was no *single* diabetes gene. It not an in/off switch.
The influence is determined by combinations of genes.
English

@largo35839158 @Nicholai_Korea You said there was no diabetes gene either, which implies there is no gay gene. So genes are what make us who we are especially at birth. So therefore someone can not be born gay, it is learnt behavior/personality. Having certain types of desires is not the same as born this way
English

@WanderingBasil @Nicholai_Korea But I never said they aren't born that way.
English

@farmingandJesus Only God knows, but thats why today is so important cause the best time to repent and follow Christ was yesterday, but by Gods mercy and love we still have today to pick up our cross and follow.
English

@largo35839158 @Nicholai_Korea Okay for sake of argument lets a diabetes base line for comparison. What measurable chemical/physical side effect can we measure the lgbt deficiency to properly diagnose/treat the condition? We now have said they are not born that way so what outside conditions are causing this
English

@Nicholai_Korea There is no diabetes gene either.
But guess what?
It runs in families.
English

@needGod_net If the prize is already won then no need to continue the race.
One must have faith to gain salvation in the end, to have faith one must do works as proof of faith, or faith is dead. Works by our own merit are worthless, it is only thru Christ we are deemed justified by our works

But this has to do with what do we mean by repentance. A simple oh my bad right before I die. No cause yes that would be a immoral standard to profess. But repentance it a lifelong process of changing oneself and making right ones wrongs, which few in that level of wrong would do
The Skeptic@TheSkepticWiz
The meme isn’t about ignorance of theology, it’s pointing out the logical inconsistency: eternal punishment for disbelief versus instant forgiveness for horrific acts if repentance is claimed. If salvation hinges solely on belief or repentance, then morality becomes irrelevant, which is exactly the absurdity being critiqued.

@vhs0 @EllenAbare @Kairo_Anatomika Its one of those almost like we wuz samurai level arguments. Somehow indigenous people's arrived in north/south America but instead they just appeared so long ago that it turns into almost everyone else comes from them
English

@EllenAbare @Kairo_Anatomika Did you think the landbridge is proposed to have been in recent history?
English

Okay so.... humans are the only known host for head lice.
The species of lice found in human hair are not found on any other creatures..... they don't survive on other creatures.
Archaeologists have found head lice on Peruvian mummies..... so this implies that they actually came from the americas.
So then, does that mean before Europeans began colonizing North and South america, there was no head lice in europe?
So medieval peasants, ancient greeks, ancient egyptians didn't have head lice?
Did head lice evolve in the americas, or that they cross the bearing land the bridge into North America with their human hosts?

English

@CharlesRCherry @GigaBasedDad Still a denomination, dont make bad arguments like this they make the faith look unserious.
Definition of a denomination, a religious organization whose congregations are united in their adherence to its beliefs and practices
English

@GigaBasedDad Orthodoxy isn't a denomination. It is the Church of the Apostles. The other two are the result of schisms.
English

@DocDox_ Healed is not quite the right term, overcome would probably be better. Very few people if any are going to go from struggling with a passion such as this and just do complete 180 never struggle again with it, but overcome show state of change that means growth and perseverance
English

@thereisonlyz @DocDox_ I just ignore anything has to do with aliens being demons its just silly nonsense.
English

Jesus Christ
They would scatter, for they are demons
Night Sky Today@NightSkyToday
If aliens visit us, who should be in charge of speaking on behalf of humanity?

@hill_marku47259 @ProjectMysticDV Then I guess do the simple online answer, he is considered a saint allowed for veneration by ec in those parts he does not go against the theological standards taught by rc, in those parts he does go against they are rejected. No different than how eo deal with problematic saints
English

@WanderingBasil @ProjectMysticDV Okay respectfully dude I'm not trying to read 3 or 4 max length tweets at a time to explain how Uniatism debunks Rome to a non Roman Catholic
English

The Eastern Rite Catholics who have come home to Rome through the ages.

Rev. Fr. Emmanuel Lemelson@Lemelson
Notably, you never hear of an Orthodox converting to Catholicism.
English

@hill_marku47259 @ProjectMysticDV Those saints teachings are inline with the church they are embraced, where they differ they are rejected. No different than how Saint Augustine's teachings have little * next to them in Eo, cause almost no saints whole teachings are without error or some amount of controversy
English

@hill_marku47259 @ProjectMysticDV Furthermore St Gregory was a saint of those eastern Christians before they came under rome so it is the norm that when a large group comes into commuion they are allowed to hold onto traditions/practices and even some saints with certain caviots. Whith the understanding where-
