@Telstra Does it matter? Regardless, it has been 8 weeks. 1/6 of a year. Let me change my order or cancel it. If you don't even have the phone and have no idea when it will come then what does it matter to you?

I ordered a phone from @Telstra with a plan 8 weeks ago. Support tells me that I cannot cancel the order, nor can I be told when it will arrive. But they told me "Don't worry" once they have stock it will arrive in 3-5 days. Customer service this bad takes effort. I'm worried!

@Telstra Nothing in particular. I just wanted you to know you need to do more usability testing on it because it is generally terrible.

@PRGuy17 They say they don’t work because of a blog post which tried to use research papers to push they don’t work. A short read and it was clear that the author wasn’t able to understand the research which actually said the opposite. That didn’t stop George Christiansen quoting it.
