Geoffrey has been in the wars and is very sad. Which makes us sad. Snapped a knee ligament, cut open his pawpads, had an op and now full of metal pins and trussed up with steel rods. Any ❤️’s will be passed on via the medium of dog treats.

@DeborahMeaden I decided to go for wrapping myself in a blanket and cuddling the dog (who is nice and warm but doesn't really want to be cuddled at the min)! A glass of red wine has also helped 😁

*NOWZAD UPDATE* Meet Warrakkai, the new poster girl for @Nowzad & compassionate veterinary medicine. She came back in the cabin with us on the flight as we didn't want her in the hold with the adult dogs. She has been in hospital on a drip, but she's fine again now @domdyer70

Mia says thanks for your compliment ☺️ she gets told she is beautiful multiple times a day 😂 it makes seeing the Kabul dogs more heartbreaking, they deserve the same love.

Absolutely amazing news. For all @BWallaceMP 's stirring though it was never just about the animals, it was also a humanitarian mission and we won't give up until the @Nowzad staff & others that helped the UK forces etc in our time of need are also safe #rescuetherescuers

Now that Pen Farthing’s staff have been cleared to come forward under LOTR I have authorised MOD to facilitate their processing alongside all other eligible personnel at HKIA. At that stage, if he arrives with his animals we will seek a slot for his plane. @DefenceHQ
