I've spent 1000s of hours on the tennis court • NCAA Freshman of the year nationally • Top #20 NCAA ranked player in singles and doubles • Youngest Junior Director with 300+ players But the best part? Coaching 10+ players to College with a full scholarship. Here are my biggest takeaways: • Self-belief for an athlete is everything • Talent is important, hard-work is more important • Gentleness/Flow > Strenght/Brutal force But this was my secret weapon: Yoga. It transformed my both athletic & coaching career How? • Enhanced Balance & Stability • Enhanced Mental Focus and Calm • Enhanced Recovery and Injury Prevention • Improved Body Awareness and Breathing Capacity • Improved Posture (great for injury prevention) Now I'm sharing to help other people do the same.

Jaime Alcaraz, le petit frère de Carlos, 14 ans (15 en juin), s'est bien développé physiquement. On sent qu'il commence à être puissant.

Danielle Collins says her dog pooped in front of a player's locker who she's not a fan of at the 2024 Miami Open “I’m not gonna mention the name of the player. I don't wanna throw anyone under the bus.. I'm working on trying to be my best self" 😭😭😭😭

Sixteen years ago, one man stood alone on a grassy hill at a music festival in Washington State, USA, and started dancing by himself. People glanced over and looked away. Some laughed. His roommate leaned in and warned him people were filming him. He did not stop. Then one stranger got up and joined him. Then another. Then the hillside tipped. Within minutes, hundreds of people were sprinting from across the field to be part of something that, thirty seconds earlier, had been one man being laughed at in a field. Someone filming from higher up the hill said quietly: "See what one man can do. One man can change the world." The clip spread across the internet in 2009. Entrepreneur Derek Sivers played it at a TED conference to explain how movements actually begin. Not with the first person brave enough to start, he argued, but with the first person willing to join them. Collin Wynter, the man dancing alone, later said he had no idea he had done anything special. He was just tired of watching everyone sit still.

Uno de los H2H más locos que tenemos en el tenis actual es el 12-1 que le tiene Tsitsipas a De Miñaur. Una cosa bárbara lo que le cuesta al australiano el tenis de Stefanos.

@RemeliTennis Il a carrément raison. Les gens ont perdu la tête en 2026. J'enseigne des filles et des garçons depuis 2010. Dire que les filles et garçon sont pareil c'est une énorme aberration. Complètement lavé du cerveau

And he played only soccer from 6 years old? Absolutely not. He played multiples sports until 14 years. Steph curry specialized in basketball starting at 13-14 years old. Playing multiple sports at a young age helps you develop different coordination (like eye-hand coordination, if you even know what that means). I am not trying to wade to other sports. Your post and your claim is so ridiculous it made his way to my timeline. And in all honesty, I am French. By this standard I know more about soccer that you ever will. You are not from a football country and you have never lived the real football culture.

@_CoachMathias Bless you Mathias. I feel like I’m in kindergarten. Tennis and Olympics has zero correlation with soccer development. It’s always interesting (and embarrassing) when folks from other sports try to wade into soccer with their multi-sport nonsense. Dembele started aged 6.

🚨 Breaking News 💔😳😳 Kim Kardashian has finally responded to Michael B. Jordan’s viral clapback. It all started when Kim dropped a viral comment asking if Michael B. Jordan was single after his big Oscars win. But his response shocked everyone 😳 He fired back saying: > “I’m good. Every time a successful Black man is winning, somehow you try to insert yourself into the moment and shift the narrative. Not happening here.” He added: > “I worked too hard for this to turn into something else. Respectfully… keep me out of it.” Here’s what she said: > “It was never that deep. I was simply showing support. Not everything needs to be turned into an attack.” > “I know who I am, and I don’t need to insert myself anywhere.” This second line got people talking even more.

Lamine Yamal is the best player in the world and the second best player isn’t close. He should have won the BDOR but the trophy bias and stat bias let him down to an extent. He is so good. This is why I’m clamouring for us to surround him with top guys
