I got to stop by my homies shop today to pickup my @DrinkSalinity order. Accidentally ended up spending 2 hours there just chatting it up with JR who has honestly become a really good friend over the last two years. I could go on all day about how inspiring and motivational he is and how much I believe in him and his ventures, but the point of this post was to discuss the drink. Admittedly, when he told me about his intentions of creating this product I was somewhat apprehensive, it’s not really (or wasn’t) my speed to pursue a hydration drink. Yeah I drank Gatorade here and there and who didn’t smuggle vodka in blue and red Powerade back in the day, but what did I need those for anymore? But I believe in my bro so I wanted to try it and from even the first tester I was hooked, I couldn’t wait to order. Today was finally the day I got to see and try the final product and I am honestly blown away. I’m kind of a goofball so I ordered two of the citrus (lemon lime) and missed out on the watermelon. As soon as you mix it, which it mixes effortlessly, you are hit with just enough of that nostalgic aroma. But unlike those drinks, nothing about this tastes artificial. The flavor profile is about as perfect as it can be (you can also control this since it’s in a tub so you can add as much or as little as you want and dilute as desired). MOST importantly is how incredibly refreshing it is. You can actually feel instantly refreshed and hydrated. I really can’t say enough how great this product is. I really hope any of you who are looking for a product to refuel your workouts or even just keep you hydrated through these grueling days will give this a try.
