After our Anniversary Sale donation on Cinco de Mayo, the team at Blessed Sarnelli House sent me this photo. This is in the backyard of their brownstone in Kensignton, PA on Kensignton Ave. St. Joe’s Prep students and volunteers were preparing tacos for people in need… and they printed out the Wolverine logo and took this picture for us! That means more to me than I can explain.♥️ Research With Purpose isn’t just a slogan. It’s becoming something real. Thank you to every single person who has supported Wolverine. I’ve shared this before, and so have many others, but it’s worth repeating For years, I battled depression and crippling anxiety I was self-medicating and living as a functional addict The very first changes I made were simple eating clean, exercising consistently, and committing to the gym That’s it. No pills or complicated routines, just movement, real food, and lifting weights Those three things alone eliminated about 95% of my issues I know some people genuinely need medication, and that’s okay. But the vast majority of us prolly don’t We just need to stop sitting around, start moving, lift heavy things, and eat properly The gym didn’t just change my body, it saved my life

True story - I was 20 - Major depression & isolation - Saw a doctor who told me I could do two things: 1. Take lexapro or 2. Start working out I chose 1 for a couple weeks, then switched to 2 and never turned back. Shit works.
