It’s clear the ATA & NDP have made this political, not about kids. Such a shame - I wonder how many teachers would prefer not to be part of and pay huge $ to the ATA?

An announcement: After a rewarding year working with @Bubble, I've decided to step away to focus on new personal and professional ambitions. I'm grateful to @cnblumenfeld and @emmanuel_s for the opportunity to help onboard new Bubblers last year. I'm proud of what we achieved together. Getting to know the team better has given me confidence that @bubble will continue to thrive, and I'll be enthusiastically cheering from the sidelines. I've been a Bubbler for nine years. During that time, I've built and raised funding for a startup, launched multiple products, worked for several companies as a Bubble developer, and run an agency. I really love making feedback videos for other founders I’m so tempted to start a service where I make a video for $50 to: - shred your startup idea before you build it OR - critique your marketing site / sign up flow / onboarding process Should I go for it? #buildinpublic I would refund people if I couldn’t find anything negative to say.

@heyakshay_ @bubble Makes no sense. It encourages developers to build smart. The more optimized, the better the user experience. It’s a win-win. My app is probably in the top 1% of WU and my price is barely changing because I’m not an idiot.

@NoCodeNeil no i'm not trying to do the glow or gradient or anything. literally just trying to shape a border around a profile pic in something other than a square, circle, or rounded square. triangle, hexagon, pentagon, etc but soften the corners.

@_ben_mac Hmmmm. Do you have glow like these? Sometimes the glow spread gives the appearance of round corners.

hey bubble folks - this one stumped me this morning. How do you create a custom-shaped image, with a border? for example, something like the image here, with a user profile pic in the middle? i made it as far as getting the shape and a border, but couldnt round corners 🤔 ?

@NoCodeNeil def. that got me to the shape & border. but for some reason I can't get the rounded corners to work. chatgpt and claude are spinning me in circles. can't find anything on the forums etc. surprisingly difficult for me.

@_ben_mac Typically CSS will be the best route for anything like this.
