@mouthofmorrison What’s the feedback cycle like for new features (whatever that means) in imagery? Or put another way, when you get meaningful user feedback, is it for features you released last month, or last year, or last decade?

The biggest problem in the satellite imagery industry is that most of us try to solve the same problems we have perfect control over (eg processing, viz) but that’s like 10% of any real, meaningful application. 90% of the work is changing customer behavior.
