@Hswmedia Yes, a gut response can feel freeing to the person responding 🦋 Though in work situations considering our own response can be very helpful to everyone involved in the discussion or decision-making process, especially if you're in a leadership role.

@_iThinkers Indeed- yet a gut response is refreshing. A child responds immediately with how a situation makes them feel. There is something fabulous & freeing in an initial response rather than the calculated. Cognitive ability in adults is also extremely varied.
