For anyone who doesn’t know why this is bad, bacteria mostly live on the surface of a cut of meat, not within the muscle. A whole cut can be rare inside because the surface has been safely seared. When meat is ground, all the surface bacteria are mixed in throughout

@Stormi_luv my dad and mom somewhat. but actually the fact that me and my siblings had to cook so we get something to eat before our dad got home from work in the late evening. i allways liked cooking tho so i just did it every day as a teenager.
