I’ve been seated on the ferry meant to go to Kalangala from Bukakata for close to two hours, but it has not set off. I’m told there’s been an instruction not to set off because there is no “clearance” yet for me to proceed to Kalangala, where I’m meant to be one of the supervisors for our candidate Nampala Irene’s team in the by-election. On the ground, we’ve been getting numerous reports of numberless cars moving to various polling stations, and reports of ballot staffing.

You don't hire a car, you are picked and dropped. You don't eat in our Hotels, you are offered what to eat. So, whether you visit or not, You remain a liability.

In 2018, together with others we petitioned the constitutional court over the passage of the constitutional amendment bill that removed age limit to enable @KagutaMuseveni die in office. Our lawyers led by @EriasLukwago asked court to summon then CDF Gen David Muhoozi. This was in relation to military invasion of Parliament and the violence. He was summoned and he came to Mbale where the case was heard and he testified from the dock. @mkainerugaba simply thinks Uganda is his father's estate and he is above the law. This is what we must fight. Muhoozi like his father must be vigirously taught that they are servernts and not masters. That is our collective duty as citizens.

My brother @EriasLukwago returns to Makindye Magistrate Court to recieve ruling for his bail application this Monday. As you all know courts have been turned into processing centres. Decisions are taken by Museveni, his son Muhoozi Kainerugaba Tibuhaburwa and or their agents. I bleed each time I immagine military men scalling Lukwago perimeter wall and storm his bedroom, rough up his wife and walk Lukwago into a drone. @mkainerugaba thinks this is how power is exercised!
