@Hertz That's the number we called and the person we spoke to was very clear that they couldn't help us as we didn't hire the van - just hit by it. They gave us another number to try. That person then said they couldn't help and gave us another number and nobody would answer that one.

@intuDerby Thanks. I appreciate it's not easy and you want to attract customers. Was just surprised at how many people abused them. I guess you have to rely on people not being dickheads which a lot of people struggle with.
