@NalinisKitchen Really? If every traffic offender was getting and paying challans, how come wrong side driving is still happening? 🧐

If you drive without a helmet, camera will detect. If you drive without a seat belt, camera will detect. If you overspeed, camera will detect. If you use your phone while driving, camera will detect. They detect every mistake people make, and you get a challan. So why can’t the same traffic cameras detect the potholes on the road?

I hope this will be strictly enforced...and the money won't be pocketed by the enforcing police officer! 🤫

There is rampant Encroachment and this is being allowed by the government bodies - only because officials are taking bribes! How about fixing these encroachment-enablers and bringing in accountability!
Bhavreen Kandhari@BhavreenMK

High time, corporates, organisations and government stops pretending all’s well for the sake of CSRs/fundings. This is how bad it is for the water bodies and soon, ditto the same thing will be said for our deemed forests; “ “UNTRACEABLE”😢

This!! I have always wondered why #Infosys #TCS and all the corporate giants have not got together and found a solution to this problem.

Hornbill paradise Somewhere in Valparai Tamil Nadu India has 9 Hornbill species, of which 4 are found in the Western Ghats. Hornbills need cavities in large native trees to nest as they can not excavate their own nest. That is why their survival depends upon the survival of native trees in tropical forest. We need to therefore protect the entire ecosystem in which they thrive. Photo @shanmughanandam #hornbills #TNForest

Stupidity at its peak in Goa. A group of tourists from Gujarat drove their Toyota Fortuner onto the beach just to wash it for fun, ignoring basic rules and coastal restrictions. A strong wave hit, the vehicle got swept away and stuck deep in the sand. Had to be recovered using a crane. Driver arrested by Goa Police. This isn’t adventure, it’s reckless behavior. Respect nature. Respect the law.

Both are to blame! All drivers/riders who drive/ride on the wrong side of the road and juveniles who should not be driving need to learn the consequences of disobeying traffic rules! Parents, please be aware! #trafficrules

Please raise your voice against this broken system. A mother is still waiting for justice after losing her 23-year-old son, Sahil Dhaneshra, in Dwarka...killed by a minor’s reckless driving. Today it’s her son. Tomorrow it could be yours. Speak up.
