It's official! After 9 incredible years building @capitalmind_in alongside @deepakshenoy and @shraychandra, beyond thrilled to share our biggest news yet: Capitalmind has received final SEBI approval to launch Capitalmind Mutual Fund! 🎉 This feels surreal. I remember when becoming an AMC was just an audacious, almost outrageous, thought back in 2016 when we had only ~500 subscribers. We knew from Day 1 this was the goal. Our journey managing PMS & AIF assets (now ₹2000 Cr+ AUM for 1,400+ clients) was foundational. It enabled us to develop and refine our unique quantitative approach and build the end-to-end proprietary tech – from research & trading to fund accounting & compliance – that prepared us for the scale and responsibility of a Mutual Fund. This hands-on experience was invaluable. The final leg to get here was intense: navigating the SEBI infra review, setting up 2 companies (AMC & Trustee), onboarding 5 independent directors, establishing 12 committees, implementing 700+ regulatory clauses, 200+ disclosures, 60+ policies, building entirely new office & IT infra, integrating key partners (RTA, Custodian, OMS, etc.), hiring Key Personnel, and embedding robust compliance processes. I haven't signed as many papers in all my life! 😅 We're excited to enter the MF space as a tech-forward AMC, committed to transparency and investor-centricity. Huge thanks to the entire @capitalmind_in team. The next chapter begins now!

This is a super biodiversity rich habitat of Haiderpur wetland, a Ramsar site in district Muzaffarnafar in U.P. just 3 hrs drive from Delhi. The wetland is the backwaters of Bijnore barrage on river Ganga, & has reported over 327 species of birds! @uptourismgov @rameshpandeyifs
