@Airbnb_uk @AirbnbHelp Outrageous that you have not resolved fraudulent transactions from my sister-in-law’s bank over £2k taken from her now!!! Daily contact attempted with no resolution. Shocking - will be asking @WhichMoney to investigate how common this is

@CPWTweets shocking sales and customer service treatment 6 calls and the equivalent of 3hrs on the phone with no resolution. Clearly no process put in place by senior management to deal with failed @Vodafone credit check issues reported on the @BBC

@thewhitecompany - amazing customer service on the phone thank you. @Hermesparcels - absolutely shocking. Not only do you not give the option of when to deliver, you leave it on a busy road to be stolen, then you are extremely unhelpful via email - Avoid!!

@nationalrailenq 8:24 train from Eltham to cannon street cancelled - 25mins until the next. 1hr of sleep deprivation and counting..

Waiting 1/2 hour for the next one allowed me to claim for all delays over a year. Should have let me through - would have been cheaper.

To the man at barriers at charingx tonight who wouldn't let me through and robbed me of an extra 30mins sleep.
