15 years in. $35M+ in sales. I've also had product lines fail, eaten cost spikes that wiped out margins, and rebuilt from multiple failures. Bootstrapping isn't romantic. It's just all your responsibility The wins and the hits come with patience.

I think having a lot of active ASINS it’s extremely important to spread out risk as you scale. I hit 100K with 90 active ASINS. Currently working to get to 150 active Asins. Do you guys track this?

Amazon raises fees again… Meanwhile we’re doing this 👇 $110 buy → $375 sell $183 profit 165% ROI And that’s BEFORE: 💳 credit card rewards 💰 cashback Most sellers complain about fees… We focus on buying right. → High demand → Low BSR (top 1%) → Strong margins built in Fees only hurt you when your sourcing is weak. If you source quality inventory… Fees are just another expense. Network = Net worth

@joeypraete Yeah some retailers are just super strict on cashback but we have found some that pretty much payout every time

@blake_fba Noticed that too. Feel liek it's order cancels though to where if a coupon extension sees constant denials, chances of approval is lower

So I’m heavily lacking in getting cashback from extensions. It’s not that we don’t use them, but it’s something I’ve never prioritized, and now seeing how much money I’ve left on the table, I need in. I’ve noticed that befrugal absolutely despises me, topcashback is our best, and Rakuten/retailmenot is mid. I’m curious if there’s any other cashback extensions anyone else uses? Also if you have any advice on getting cashback to ACTUALLY stick and not get denied would be great.

@blake_fba That’s great! But I more meant pull cash out and invest elsewhere. This is my #1 regret. $1k a month or $500 a month over 10 years pulled out and put into gold or some solid investment creates a great diversification barrier. Just my 2 cents been doing this 15 years

@blake_fba why do you need a team for 100k a month? Seems like an unnecessary expense to have a staff at that level of sales
