@ZARA_Care WOW I placed an order for 19 items and only received 12/19 of the items!! 7 items missing from my order!! 😡 There were 2 shipments and I’ve received both! Absolutely unacceptable. And it’s so hard reaching anyone! Terrible company. ZARA has gone downhill.
@ZARA_Care I have washed a t shirt of my sons as per the instructions. It has come out damaged. The quality is very poor. other items from same order I have washed & are fine. It’s within the return window but I’m not paying to send back a faulty item

Nit only did they not put my house number on my package …so I could never have received it…but they offered reimbursement providing I fill out their forms..why ? They have my payment details …they should reimburse directly .

@ZARA_Care I’ve been waiting over 2 months for my refund. No money, no update, no real response. This is unacceptable and the worst customer service I’ve experienced. Your company lost my package. If I don’t receive my refund by the end of this week, I’ll take legal action.

I am writing to formally complain about the handling of my recent order 54669374448 and the lack of proper resolution following its delivery.
My order was not delivered to my apartment as instructed and as paid for, $4.95 to be exact, nor was it brought inside my apartment building. Instead, it was left outside at the front of the building, where it was unsecured and exposed to theft. I contacted Zara to dispute the delivery, and an investigation was opened. However, I never received any follow-up or update regarding the status or outcome of that investigation.
When I called again to follow up, I spoke with a representative named Teresa, who informed me that the order was “delivered as instructed” and that no further action could be taken. She stated that she could not transfer me to anyone, could not escalate the matter, and that this was the final resolution. This response was unacceptable, especially because the package was not delivered to my apartment.
What was even more frustrating was that Teresa asked whether I had proof of the theft, such as security footage or photos. This was an unreasonable and dismissive request. I am not expected to be outside with a camera waiting for someone to steal a package that should have been delivered properly and securely in the first place.
I am extremely disappointed by both the delivery issue and the way my complaint was handled. Leaving an order outside an apartment building is not a secure delivery, and I should not be held responsible for Zara’s failure to ensure that the package was delivered to the correct and safe location.
I am requesting that Zara review this matter again, escalate my complaint to a manager or corporate representative, and provide a fair resolution, including either a replacement or a refund for the undelivered items.
